Online Registration

We are so excited about this year's online registration process!  This year, HCDE has implemented online registration thru PowerSchool.  Many of you may be familiar with PowerSchool already since our 3rd - 5th grade student grades are accessed thru PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Your child should have brought home a letter with their report card that had their registration "SNAP CODE".  If your child is returning, you will need this code to complete the registration process.

If you do not have your child's SNAP CODE, you can call 423-498-7074 or email to get that information.  Include the following in your email:

Child’s full legal name
School your child will be attending
Legal parent/guardian name and mailing address
Good contact telephone number

If your child is new, all documentation MUST BE UPLOADED via the PowerSchool site or you MUST BRING COPIES to the school on August 3rd.
New Student Requirements:
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Immunization Record
2 proofs of residency (dated within the last 30 days - these must be in the custodial parents name).

Returning students only need to upload your 2 proofs of residency.  THIS IS A REQUIREMENT.

**If you do not have proofs in your name, you will need to go to Central Office and obtain a housing affidavit.  Please click here to get to the HCDE Registration Information if you have any questions about items or documents needed for registration.

STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PUT ON A CLASS ROSTER UNTIL ALL ITEMS NEEDED ARE RECEIVED BY THE SCHOOL.  This means you must complete the online registration process and upload (or bring to the school) all of the required documents listed above.

Online registration opens JULY 11th for returning students.  New student registration opens July 16th.   Register early!  Beat the lines!  Nothing to print and sign this year!
