Online Registration

Once again, registration is completely online this year! Online registration thru PowerSchool is now OPEN.  For returning students, you simply need an email address or a cell phone number.   Once you have entered this info, you will need to verify your child's information, correct as needed and upload 2 proofs of residency to complete the registration process.  If you cannot upload the documents, no problem.  Just come to school on Friday, August 2nd, between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:15 pm and we will upload them for you.  

For students new to CDESA, you will need to click the new student registration and upload all required documents AND come to school on August 2, 2019 and complete the registration process.  **Pre-K Students have to complete a paper application ONLY.  Please pick up your paper application at the school office. DO NOT complete the online registration process until your application has been approved. 

Please bring:
2 proofs of residency
your child's birth certificate
your child's social security card
your child's shot record
**Pre-K students ONLY - in addition to the items listed above, you must also provide 2 proofs of income

 **Please note:  YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE REGISTERED AND PLACED IN A CLASSROOM UNTIL ALL DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED.  THIS INCLUDES YOUR PROOFS OF RESIDENCY FOR RETURNING STUDENTS.         


If you have trouble with registration prior to August 2nd,  you can call 423-825-7337 or email the school to get help.  Include the following in your email:

Child’s full legal name
School your child will be attending
Legal parent/guardian name and mailing address
Good contact telephone number

**If you do not have proofs in your name, the person you live with will need to come with you to registration and bring 2 proofs in their name. We are now able to complete affidavits at the school level BUT only with all the proper documentation and at the principal's discretion. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PUT ON A CLASS ROSTER UNTIL ALL ITEMS NEEDED ARE RECEIVED BY THE SCHOOL.  This means you must complete the online registration process and upload (or bring to the school) all of the required documents listed above.
